摘 要:为探索高校综合评价录取与人才培养成效之间的关系,本文以江苏师范大学为例,运用“熵权TOPSIS”模型对该校“普通类录取”和“综合评价录取”两类学生进行培养质量的总体评价,基于描述性统计方法对各二级指标进行分析比较.结果表明,综合评价录取类学生的培养质量整体上略高于普通类录取学生,特别是创新能力表现较为突出.最后,对高校综合评价录取提出建议.To explore the relationship between comprehensive evaluation admission and talent cultivation effectiveness in higher education institutions,this paper took Jiangsu Normal University as the research subject and used"entropy weight TOPSIS"model to comprehensively evaluate the quality of the training of the students in"general admission"and"comprehensive evaluation admission"categories of the university,and then analyzed and compared various secondary indicators based on descriptive statistical method.The results indicated that the quality of the training of students admitted through comprehensive evaluation was slightly higher than that of the students admitted through general admission,especially the performance of innovation capability was quite outstanding.Finally,suggestions for the comprehensive evaluation admission in higher education institutions were proposed.
