摘 要:为探索臭氧对实仓玉米籽粒玉米赤霉烯酮的降解效果,通过在实仓玉米粮堆内布置通风立管,将臭氧浓度保持在1000 mL/m^(3)及以上对加标玉米赤霉烯酮玉米样品、玉米粉中玉米赤霉烯酮质控样品、实仓玉米样品进行臭氧处理,结果表明,3种玉米样品中玉米赤霉烯酮的降解率分别为37.9%、73.5%、61.2%,均可实现玉米赤霉烯酮降解的目的。同时对臭氧处理前后玉米水分、脂肪酸值和粮温变化情况进行研究,结果表明,臭氧处理对玉米水分、脂肪酸值和粮温的影响不大。本研究可为玉米赤霉烯酮的臭氧防治技术提供理论依据,对探索实仓分区臭氧连续处理降解真菌毒素的工程化工艺具有一定的示范作用。To explore the degradation effect of ozone on zearalenone in corn kernels in actual warehouses,ventilation pipes were arranged in the corn grain pile in the actual warehouse,and the ozone concentration was maintained at 1000 mL/m^(3) and above for the ozone treatment of corn samples with added zearalenone,quality control samples of zearalenone in corn flour,and actual warehouse corn samples.The results indicated that the degradation rates of zearalenone in the three types of corn samples were 37.9%,73.5%,and 61.2%,respectively,all of which could achieve the purpose of degrading zearalenone in corn.At the same time,corn moisture,acid value,and grain temperature before and after ozone treatment were studied.The results indicated that ozone treatment had little effect on corn moisture,acid value,and grain temperature.This research could provide a theoretical basis for the ozone prevention and control technology of zearalenone in corn,and had certain demonstration and practical significance for exploring the engineering process of continuous ozone treatment to degrade mycotoxins in different zones of actual warehouses.
