摘 要:制备纳米CaO催化剂并分析其催化活性,评估催化剂应用于油脂转酯化的催化性能。以蜗牛壳为原料高温煅烧制备纳米CaO,对其进行扫描电镜、元素分析及比表面积分析,进一步分析其催化活性。利用单因素实验和人工神经网络模型优化催化剂制备条件及转酯化工艺,采用一级动力学模型评估催化剂应用于油脂转酯化的催化性能。GC-MS分析油茶籽油成分并检测其理化性质。结果表明,纳米CaO催化剂在催化油茶籽油转酯化的过程中具有较好的催化活性和高效性,最佳催化剂制备条件:煅烧温度700℃,煅烧时间1 h,催化剂质量分数1%,最佳转酯化工艺参数:醇油质量比9 mL/g、反应时间89 min、反应温度72℃、搅拌速率310 r/min,且最大转化率为83.90%。实验所用油茶籽油营养价值较高,理化性质符合国家标准。Nano CaO catalyst was synthesized,and its catalytic activity was evaluated to assess its performance in oil transesterification.Snail shells were calcined at high temperature to prepare nano CaO,and its catalytic activity was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy,elemental analysis,and specific surface area analysis.Both single-factor experiment and artificial neural network model were employed to optimize the preparation conditions and transesterification process of the catalyst.The first-order kinetic model was applied to evaluate the catalytic′s performance in the transesterification of oil.The composition and physicochemical properties of camellia seed oil were analyzed by GC-MS.The results indicated that the nano CaO catalyst exhibited high catalytic activity and efficiency in the transesterification of camellia seed oil.The optimal catalyst preparation conditions were:calcination temperature 700℃,calcination time 1 hour,and catalyst dosage of 1%.The optimal transesterification parameters were:methanol-to-oil mass ratio of 9 mL/g,reaction time of 89 minutes,reaction temperature of 72℃,stirring rate of 310 r/min,and a maximum conversion yield of 83.90%.Camellia seed oil used in the experiment showed high nutritional value and met national standards for its physicalchemical properties.
