摘  要:传统的通风系统网络解算技术存在不直观、解算程序繁琐等问题,增加了通风系统优化的工作量。以某矿通风系统为例,针对四采区煤流运输系统效率低、新工作面即将贯通及采区需风量增大等情况,提出了一系列通风系统优化方案。通过利用三维通风仿真模拟软件(Ventsim)建立全矿井三维模型的方式,对比分析了四采区优化方案实施前后矿井通风系统,特别是采区通风系统的优化效果,确定优化方案能有效解决采区存在的运输和通风问题。The traditional ventilation system network solution technology has problems such as non-intuitive and cumbersome calculation procedures,which increases the workload of ventilation system optimization.Taking the ventilation system of a mine as an example,a series of optimization schemes of ventilation system are put forward in view of the low efficiency of coal flow transportation system in the four-mining area,the upcoming penetration of new working face and the increase of air demand in the mining area.By using the three-dimensional ventilation simulation software(Ventsim)to establish the three-dimensional model of the whole mine,the optimization effect of the mine ventilation system before and after the implementation of the optimization scheme of the four-mining areas,especially the ventilation system of the four-mining areas,is compared and analyzed.The optimization scheme of the four-mining areas can effectively solve the transportation and ventilation problems existing in the four-mining areas.
