摘  要:工作面三机推进速度的快慢,直接决定了工作面的产量。在保证设备稳定性的同时,如何保证推进速度,是决定产量多少的一项决定条件。一般来讲,工作面设备供液系统的状态,又决定了设备推进的速度,因此需提高设备推进速度,就必须为工作面设备提供一个安全、稳定、高效的供液环境。本文立足于ϕ500 mm以上大缸径立柱液压支架,针对其大缸径、长行程的特点为采煤工作面设计了一种能够满足高产高效要求的供液系统。使单台支架完成降移升动作控制在10 s内。ABSRTACT:The speed of the three machines in the working face directly determines the output of the working face.While ensuring the stability of the equipment,how to ensure the propulsion speed is a decisive condition to determine the output.Generally speaking,the state of the liquid supply system of the equipment in the working face determines the advancing speed of the equipment.Therefore,to improve the advancing speed of the equipment,it is necessary to provide a safe,stable and efficient liquid supply environment for the equipment in the working face.This paper is based on the hydraulic support with large cylinder diameter aboveϕ500 mm,and its characteristics of large cylinder diameter and long stroke design a liquid supply system that can meet the requirements of high production and high efficiency for coal mining face.So that the movement of lowering,moving and lifting of a single support is controlled within 10 s.
