摘 要:为解决综采工作面末采阶段动压剧烈、留设较大停采煤柱资源浪费的问题,以登茂通矿3209综采工作面为工程背景,提出通过构建隔离体回收停采煤柱并改善回撤支架应力环境,借助计算机模拟手段进行隔离体布置方式和参数的优化设计研究,结果表明,隔离体采用倾向布置对于顶板塑性区的控制效果更好;采用高水材料进行充填时水灰比为1∶1.5~2.0较适宜;隔离体的合理宽度为3.0 m、布置间距为3~4 m。In order to solve the problem of severe dynamic pressure and large stoppage pillar resource waste in the final mining stage of fully mechanized mining face,based on the engineering background of Dengmaodong Mine 3209 fully mechanized mining face,it is proposed to construct isolation body to recover stoppage pillar and improve the stress environment of the withdrawal support,and the optimization design of isolation body layout and parameters is studied by means of computer simulation.The results show that,Inclined arrangement of isolator is better for controlling the plastic zone of roof.When filling with high-water materials,the water-cement ratio of 1:1.5~2.0 is suitable;The reasonable width of the isolation body is 3.0m,and the layout spacing is 3~4m.
