辽宁省旅游经济和生态环境耦合协调及交互影响分析

摘　　要：探讨辽宁省旅游经济与生态环境的耦合协调关系和阻碍因素,以推动旅游业和生态环境建设高质量发展.构建旅游经济发展与生态环境建设评价指标体系,采用耦合协调度模型和障碍度模型计算旅游经济与生态环境的耦合协调度及障碍度.结果表明:旅游经济发展和生态环境建设整体趋势向好,但地区发展不平衡;旅游经济和生态环境处于濒临失调和勉强协调状态,协调水平相对较低;生态环境系统平均障碍度大于旅游经济系统平均障碍度,旅游效益、生态环境保护分别为二者的主要障碍因子.基于此,建议加强地区间联系,缩小地区差异;加强生态环境保护工作,提高生态环境保护意识;提高旅游效益,推动旅游生态协调发展.This paper explored the coupling coordination relationship and hindering factors between tourism economy and ecological environment in Liaoning Province so as to promote the high-quality development of tourism industry and ecological environment construction.The evaluation index system of tourism economy development and ecological envi-ronment construction was constructed,and coupling coordination degree model and obstacle degree model were adopted to calculate the coupling coordination degree and obstacle degree of tourism economy and ecological environment.The results indicate that the overall trend of tourism economy development and ecological environment construction is improving,but regional development is uneven.The tourism economy and ecological environment are on the verge of imbalance and bare-ly coordinated,with a relatively low level of coordination.The average obstacle level of the ecological environment system is greater than that of the tourism economy system,and tourism benefits and ecological environment protection are the main obstacle factors for each respectively.Based on this,it is recommended to strengthen interregional connections and narrow regional differences;strengthen ecological environment protection work and enhance awareness of ecological envi-ronment protection;improve tourism efficiency and promote coordinated development of tourism ecology.
