摘 要:探究接种丛枝菌根真菌对澳洲坚果幼苗生长及光合特性的影响,为澳洲坚果生长建植提供更为有效的栽培方法。将消毒过的澳洲坚果种子播种于已灭菌基质中,测定不同处理下澳洲坚果生长状况、光合参数及根系分泌物含量。结果显示:接种丛枝菌根真菌显著促进了澳洲坚果的生长及叶、根的生物量积累,显著提高了澳洲坚果的净光合速率、气孔导度与蒸腾速率,不同处理澳洲坚果根系分泌物含量不同但差异不显著。结果表明接种丛枝菌根真菌可促进澳洲坚果生长,增强澳洲坚果植株的光合作用,提高其幼苗的生长势。To explore the effects of inoculation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Macadamia nut,in order to provide a more effective cultivation method for the growth and planting of Macadamia nut.The seeds of Macadamia nut were disinfected and seeded in the sterilized substrate.The growth,photosynthetic parameters and root exudates content of Macadamia nut were measured under different treatments.The results showed as follows:Inoculation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi significantly promoted the growth and leaf and root biomass accumulation of Macadamia nuts,significantly increased the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of Macadamia nuts.The content of root exudates content in the roots of Macadamia nut under different treatments was different,but the difference was not significant.The results showed that inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi could promote the growth of Macadamia nut,enhance the photosynthesis of Macadamia nut plants,and improve the growth potential of its seedlings.
