地不容种子萌发适宜条件探究

摘  要:以地不容干燥种子及鲜种子为材料,探究不同浸种处理(热水、过氧化氢、赤霉素及浓硫酸浸种)及不同温度滤纸萌发、沙床播种对种子发芽率的影响,比较不同方法破除地不容种子休眠的效果。结果表明:种皮束缚是造成地不容种子休眠的重要原因;热水浸泡对地不容种子的发芽率提升不明显,过氧化氢、赤霉素和浓硫酸浸泡处理后可有效破除地不容种子休眠;在不同温度及沙床培养条件下,地不容干燥种子、新鲜种子发芽率不相同,沙床培养的促萌发效果总体更好。Using dried and fresh seeds of Stephania epigaea as materials,this study explores the effects of different soaking treatments (hot water,hydrogen peroxide,gibberellin,and concentrated sulfuric acid soaking),as well as different temperatures for filter paper germination and sand bed sowing on seed germination rate,and compares the effects of different methods on breaking the dormancy of Stephania epigaea seeds.The results showed that seed coat binding is an important reason for the dormancy of Stephania epigaea seeds,soaking in hot water did not significantly improve the germination rate of dried and fresh seeds of Stephania epigaea.Soaking in hydrogen peroxide,gibberellin,and concentrated sulfuric acid effectively broke the dormancy of mountain turtle seeds.Under different temperatures and sand bed cultivation conditions,the germination rate of dried and fresh seeds of Stephania epigaea also varied,and the germination promoting effect of sand bed cultivation was generally better.
