摘 要:为探明不同居群豆茶决明种子萌发和幼苗对干旱胁迫的耐受性,采用不同浓度PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,研究干旱胁迫对豆茶决明种子萌发及幼苗保护酶活性、MDA含量的影响。结果表明:随PEG-6000浓度的增加,5个居群豆茶决明种子萌发指标、成苗率、胚根和下胚轴长度均呈下降趋势;15%PEG-6000对青龙、迁西居群豆茶决明的发芽率无显著影响,10%PEG-6000对遵化、宽城、兴隆居群豆茶决明的发芽率无显著影响,不同浓度PEG-6000对遵化、迁西豆茶决明的发芽势、发芽指数及成苗率均影响显著。随着PEG-6000胁迫浓度升高,5个居群豆茶决明幼苗根、茎、叶的SOD、POD、CAT活性均呈先升高后下降的趋势,MDA含量整体呈上升趋势。豆茶决明具有一定耐旱能力,高浓度PEG-6000胁迫下豆茶决明种子萌发和幼苗生长受到抑制。In order to explore the physiological changes in Cassia nomame during seed germination and seedling development under drought stress,different concentrations of PEG-6000 were used to simulate drought stress.Germination and growth indicators,autioxidant enzyme activities and malondialdehyde content of 5 populations of Cassia nomame were determined.The results showed that with the increase in PEG-6000 concentrations,the germination and growth indicators decreased under drought stress.No significant change in germination rate was detected under 15% PEG-6000 treatment in Qinglong and Qianxi populations.No significant change in germination rate was detected under 10% PEG-6000 treatment in Zunhua,Kuancheng and Xinglong populations.Significant change in germination potential,germination index and seedling rate was detected under PEG-6000 treatment in Zunhua and Qianxi populations.With the increase in PEG-6000 concentrations,the SOD,POD and CAT activities increased first and then decreased under drought stress.The malondialdehyde content increased with the increase in PEG-6000 concentrations.The results indicated that Cassia nomame is partially drought tolerant.PEG-6000 at higher concentrations inhibits seed germination and seedling growth of Cassia nomame.
