摘　　要：介绍了津西高强度英标S450J0热轧H型钢生产工艺方案设计及工业试制,对生产过程的关键工序进行了分析和讨论,通过进行化学成分的窄范围设计,V微合金化,连铸恒温恒拉速浇铸,以及型钢系统加热炉温度、轧制温度的合理控制,最终获得屈服强度450MPa以上,耐低温0℃冲击达到27J的高强度热轧H型钢。This paper introduces the production process design and industrial trial production of Jinxi high strength British standard S450J0 hot rolled H-beam steel.The key processes of the production process are analyzed and discussed.Through the narrow range design of chemical composition,V microalloying,continuous casting constant temperature and constant drawing speed casting,as well as the reasonable control of the heating furnace temperature and rolling temperature of the section steel system,Finally,the high-strength hot-rolled H-shaped steel with yield strength above 450MPa and low temperature 0℃ impact resistance up to 27J is obtained.
