摘  要:为提升H型钢产品质量和生产效率,提高硅镇静钢钢水洁净度和夹杂物控制水平。针对某厂硅镇静钢Q235B在生产过程中钢水流动性以及轧材质量波动等问题,通过冶炼、浇注、轧材等全程取样,详细分析了BOF—LF—CC工艺过程中夹杂物的生成及演变规律。分析结果表明:经过钙处理的硅镇静钢Q235B只是将夹杂物类型由Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-MnO转变为Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-CaO,在钙处理过程中会导致钢中夹杂物数量的增加和大尺寸夹杂物的生成;精炼渣中Al_(2)O_(3)含量高达12%以上,不利于控制夹杂物中Al_(2)O_(3)含量;精炼过程加入铝渣会使夹杂物Al_(2)O_(3)含量增加,影响夹杂物组分。In order to improve the quality and production efficiency of H-beam products,improve the cleanliness and inclusion control level of silicon-killed steel molten steel.Aiming at the problems of molten steel fluidity and rolling material quality fluctuation in the production process of silicon killed steel Q235B in a factory,the formation and evolution of inclusions in BOF—LF—CC process were analyzed in detail by sampling during smelting,pouring and rolling.The analysis results show that the type of inclusions in the calcium treated silicon killed steel Q235B is only changed from Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-MnO to Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-CaO,which will lead to the increase of the number of inclusions and the formation of large size inclusions in the steel during the calcium treatment process.The content of Al_(2)O_(3) in the refining slag is as high as more than 12%,which is not conducive to controlling the content of Al_(2)O_(3) in the inclusions.The addition of aluminum slag in the refining process will increase the content of inclusions Al_(2)O_(3) and affect the composition of inclusions.
