摘 要:文章以某变速离合器为研究对象,进行包括变速离合器箱体镗孔、齿轮等传动件、轴承、同步离合器和联轴器检修等整机返厂维修和保养,并出厂试验测试变速离合器的性能,针对试验中发现的低转速运行时高速轴振动、低速轴大齿轮启机振动大、箱体振动大等现象,运用自主研发的跨临界多轴传动装置系统仿真软件进行分析,认为故障原因为滑动轴承半频涡动。通过动平衡机复平高速轴系转子,调整小齿轮轴承比压值,增加轴承刚度值,高速轴振动降低,半频涡动现象消失;对大齿轮辊压带重新进行辊压处理,有效降低低速轴大齿轮的启机振动值;重新紧固箱体地脚螺栓和压板,箱体振动值下降。以上优化和改进,有效解决了振动超标的问题。This paper took a variable speed clutch as the research object and conducted comprehensive overhaul and maintenance of the entire machine,including the boring of the variable speed clutch housing,overhaul of transmission components such as gears,bearings,synchronous clutches,and couplings,followed by factory testing to evaluate the performance of the variable speed clutch.The testing revealed phenomena such as vibration of the highspeed shaft during low-speed operation,excessive vibration of the large gear on the low-speed shaft during startup,and significant housing vibration.To address these issues,this paper employed an independently developed simulation software for cross-critical multi-axis transmission systems conditions for analysis,which identified the fault as a halffrequency whirl of the sliding bearing.Using a dynamic balancing machine to rebalance the rotor of the high-speed shaft system,adjusting the specific pressure of the pinion bearing,and increasing the bearing stiffness reduced the vibration of the high-speed shaft and eliminated the half-frequency whirl phenomenon.It re-rolled the roller belt of the large gear,which effectively decreased the startup vibration of the large gear on the low-speed shaft.Additionally,by retightening the foundation bolts and pressing the plates of the housing,it achieved a reduction in housing vibration.The above optimizations and improvements effectively resolved the issue of excessive vibration.
