摘　　要：文章分析了卡套式接头的结构以及密封原理,针对船舶液压管卡套式接头经常漏油的现象,分析了漏油的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。在试验过程中发现,该措施能有效解决漏油问题,从而保证船舶液压系统的稳定有效工作。The paper analyzed the structure and sealing principle of ferrule fittings.It delved into the causes of frequent oil leakage in ferrule fittings used in marine hydraulic tubing and proposed corresponding solutions.The test shows that the solution effectively addressed the oil leakage issue,thereby ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the marine hydraulic system.
