疏浚船舶舷外侧水线下封堵工艺的研制及应用

摘　　要：文章结合疏浚船舶的船型特征,在船体舷侧设备出现故障时,通过研发专用舷外封堵工具,在船舶不进坞的情况下,安全可靠地处理船舶舷外水线下的相关故障。研究结果表明,使用专用舷外封堵工具进行舷侧通海阀漏水封堵,效果良好。该封堵工具结构科学牢固,操作便捷可靠,封堵专项修理方案可有效节约修理时间和修理费用,封堵工具操作方法简单,适用范围较广。Considering the unique hull characteristics of dredging vessels,this paper presented the development of a dedicated outboard sealing tool.In the event of malfunctions on the vessel's side equipment,this tool enables safe and reliable handling of related faults on the underwater hull,without the need for the vessel to enter a dry dock.The study results show that employing this dedicated outboard sealing tool to fix water leaks from the side sea valves achieves remarkable outcomes.The sealing tool boasts a scientifically designed structure that is robust,reliable,and convenient to operate.The specialized repair plan utilizing the sealing tool can significantly cut down on repair time and expenses.The operation method of the sealing tool is straightforward and user-friendly,with a wide range of applications.
