摘 要:由于单一材料不像金属层状复合材料兼具高强度和耐腐蚀的综合特性,复合材料已逐步发展成为修造船行业不可或缺的材料之一,而焊接作为重要的工业制造程序,在金属层状复合材料加工制造中起着尤为关键的作用。文章对开设V型坡口的17 mm (基层14 mm,覆层3 mm)板厚的316L/A复合板进行CO_(2)气体保护焊工艺试验,分别在平焊和立焊位置进行焊接性研究。研究结果表明,在文章中设计的工艺条件下得到的焊接接头,其力学、理化性能良好,可以满足实际工程的应用。Single materials,unlike metal laminated composites,do not offer the combined benefits of high strength and corrosion resistance.Consequently,composites have emerged as a crucial material in the shipbuilding and repair industry.Welding,as an important industrial manufacturing process,plays a particularly crucial role in the processing and manufacturing of metal laminated composites.This paper presented a welding process test using CO_(2) gas-shielded welding on 316L/A composite plates with a V-groove and a thickness of 17 mm(14 mm base layer and 3 mm cladding layer).It examined the welding properties in both flat and vertical welding positions.The results showed that the welded joints produced under the process conditions designed in this paper exhibit excellent mechanical and physicochemical properties,making them suitable for practical engineering applications.
