摘　　要：文章通过对某船体舱段模型结构极限承载试验后破坏断口的焊接缺陷进行分析,归纳总结焊接缺陷性质和类型,分析问题机理和产生原因,提出焊接过程质量监督的关注重点和改进建议,对于避免该类问题再次发生和更好地开展焊接质量监督工作具有借鉴作用。This paper analyzed the welding defects observed in the fracture surface of a hull section model structure after undergoing the ultimate bearing test.It summarized the nature and types of welding defects,examined the mechanisms and causes of these issues,and proposed key areas of focus and improvement suggestions for quality supervision during the welding process.This serves as a reference for preventing the recurrence of such problems and enhancing the effectiveness of welding quality supervision efforts.
