摘　　要：文章介绍了2-12寸碳钢管线生产线OPER1组对平台1的功能,即通过2-12寸碳钢管线生产线OPER1组对平台1保证管件在组对时的垂直度和同心度。对其常见的上升电气故障和前进电气故障的现象进行了分析,并提出了故障的解决方法。This paper introduced the function of assembling platform 1 for the 2-12-inch carbon steel pipeline production line OPER1,which ensures the verticality and concentricity of pipe fittings during the assembly process.Furthermore,it analyzed the common phenomena of electrical faults related to lifting and advancement operations and proposed solutionss.
