摘　　要：针对某汽轮发电机组故障问题,文章对装置进行了振动测试与故障诊断,在汽轮机、发电机、齿轮箱、联轴器等主要构件处设置测点监测振动数据,发现多个位置的测点均出现了轴向与垂直方向的振动过大的问题。通过测得频谱与相位等数据,初步诊断为轮机轴与小齿轮轴综合不对中、发电机轴与大齿轮轴轻微角不对中。最终根据测试数据以及拆检结果,查找出故障原因并给出维修意见。This paper addressed the fault issue of a turbine generator set by conducting vibration testing and fault diagnosis on the equipment.It set up vibration data monitoring points at major components,including turbines,generators,gear boxes,and couplings,and discovered that excessive vibration occurs in both axial and vertical directions at multiple locations.Through the analysis of data,including frequency spectra and phases,this paper preliminarily diagnosed the issue as a combined misalignment between the turbine shaft and the pinion shaft,along with slight angular misalignment between the generator shaft and the large gear shaft.Ultimately,based on the test data and results from disassembly inspections,it identified the cause of the fault and provided maintenance recommendations.
