摘 要:近年来,随着城市建筑密度和人口密度的不断增加,对电线电缆阻燃性能的要求也显著提高,尤其是电缆护套的阻燃性能。文中综述了国内外学者在聚烯烃护套阻燃材料领域的研究进展,详细介绍了多种阻燃剂的阻燃机理,并对不同类型阻燃剂的性能差异进行了比较。然后,重点分析了聚烯烃复合材料在阻燃性能和力学性能方面的表现,以及对护套材料加工性能的影响。最后,展望了聚烯烃护套用无卤阻燃剂的未来发展趋势,为改进护套阻燃性能的研究提供了新思路。Continuous increase in urban building density and population density has led to an increased demand for enhanced flame-retardant properties in cables and wires,particularly in the materials used for cable sheaths.In the paper,a comprehensive review of recent advancements in flame-retardant materials for polyolefin sheaths was provided domestically and internationally.Mechanisms of various flame-retardant additives were thoroughly summarized,and performance differences between different types were also contrasted.The interplay between flame-retardant effectiveness and mechanical strength in polyolefin composites,as well as the impact of these properties on the processability of sheathing materials were analyzed.Finally,future developments in halogen-free flame retardants for polyolefin sheaths were prospected,which could provide new ideas for research on improving flame-retardant properties for cable sheaths.
