摘 要:文中以纳米海泡石(以下简称海泡石)作为增效剂,制备了阻燃乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,EVA)复合材料。根据材料配方制备样品,并通过硬度、拉伸试验、热失重分析、氧指数和锥形热量计测试等试验,研究海泡石对镁磷体系阻燃EVA的机械性能、热性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,随着海泡石添加量的增加,样品硬度呈上升趋势,断裂强度呈下降趋势,断裂伸长率呈先上升后下降的趋势。绝缘电阻方面,海泡石的添加量小于2 g时,样品的体积电阻率升高;海泡石的添加量超过2 g时,样品的体积电阻率急剧下降。热性能方面,随着海泡石添加量的增加,样品的初始熔融温度、熔融峰、结晶温度和结晶度等均先升高后降低。受热过程有3个失重阶段,第一分解峰温度在海泡石添加量小于2 g时变化较小,海泡石添加量大于2 g时下降幅度较大;随着海泡石添加量的增加第二分解峰温度从383.8℃下降至375.9℃,第三分解峰温度基本保持不变。极限氧指数测试中,随着海泡石添加量的增加,极限氧指数逐渐上升,从32.7%上升至34.7%。锥形量热试验中,添加适量的海泡石可以有效降低火灾行为参数。灰烬图片显示,海泡石添加量为2 g时,能够与阻燃剂形成致密的结壳层,起到阻碍火苗向内部扩散的作用。Nano sepiolite(hereinafter referred to as sepiolite) was used as a synergist to prepare flame-retardant ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) composite materials.Influence of sepiolite on the mechanical,thermal,and flame retardant properties of magnesium phosphorus flame retardant EVA was studied through hardness,tensile testing,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),oxygen index(LOI),and cone calorimeter testing.Results showed that with the increase of sepiolite addition,hardness of samples showed an upward trend,breaking strength showed a downward trend,percentage of breaking elongation showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.In terms of insulation resistance,when the addition of sepiolite was less than 2 g,the volume resistivity of EVA composite materials increased.when the addition of sepiolite was more than 2 g,the volume resistivity of EVA composite materials decreased sharply.In terms of thermal properties,with the increase of sepiolite addition,the initial melting temperature,melting peak,crystallization temperature,and crystallinity of EVA composite materials increased first and then decreased.There were three stages of weight loss during heating process,the first decomposition peak temperature changed slightly when the addition of sepiolite was less than 2 g,and decreased significantly when the addition of sepiolite was more than 2 g.The second decomposition peak temperature decreased from 383.8 ℃ to 375.9 ℃ with the increase of sepiolite addition,and the third decomposition peak temperature remained basically unchanged.In the limiting oxygen index(LOI) test,LOI gradually increased with the increase of sepiolite addition,rising from 32.7% to 34.7%.In the cone calorimeter test,adding an appropriate amount of sepiolite could effectively reduce fire behavior parameters,such as heat release rate(HRR),total heat(THR),total smoke release(TSP),and mass loss rate(MLR).The ashes photos showed that a dense crust layer with flame retardants could form when the addition of sepiolite added was 2 g,which
