摘 要:针对低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃绝缘料吸湿性强,严重影响低烟无卤电缆长期运行的稳定性和安全性问题,通过重量法研究不同品种树脂、不同品种阻燃剂、辐照交联对绝缘料耐水性能的影响。结果表明:绝缘料吸水率随着乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,EVA)含量的下降而下降,随着茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯和乙烯-辛烯共聚物(ethylene-octene copolymer,EOC)含量的增加而下降;氢氧化镁(MDH)原粉的吸水率明显高于氢氧化铝(ATH)原粉,碳酸钙(CaCO3)原粉的吸水率最低;改性后无机阻燃剂的吸水率较低;随着辐照剂量的逐渐增加,交联度增大,绝缘料吸水率下降。以上研究成果可为电缆料选型提供参考意见,特别是对湿度有要求的低烟无卤阻燃绝缘料。Due to the strong hygroscopicity of low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin insulation,which seriously affects the long-term operational stability and safety of low-smoke halogen-free cable,influence of different types of resins,various flame retardants and irradiation cross-linking on water resistance of insulation materials was investigated using the gravimetric method.Results indicated that water absorption rate of the insulation material decreased as the mass fraction of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) decreased,and it also decreased with the increase in mass fraction of metallocene linear low-density polyethylene(mLLDPE) and ethylene-octene copolymer(EOC).Among flame retardants,magnesium hydroxide(MDH) raw powder exhibited a significantly higher water absorption rate than aluminum hydroxide(ATH) raw powder,whereas calcium carbonate(CaCO3) raw powder demonstrated the lowest.Additionally,modified inorganic flame retardants showed a lower water absorption rate.Furthermore,as the irradiation dose gradually increased,the degree of cross-linking rose,leading to a progressive reduction in water absorption rate of the insulation material.The above research results could provide reference for the selection of cable materials,especially low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant insulating materials with humidity requirements.
