摘 要:为了制备更轻量化、成本更低的0.6/1 kV B_(1)级低烟无卤阻燃电缆,文中通过结构设计优化,采用绕包陶瓷化硅橡胶材料替代传统的挤包隔氧层结构,对电缆的材料、结构设计及关键工艺控制等方面进行了研究,并对该电缆进行了B_(1)级燃烧性能等级的验证。结果表明,该电缆的燃烧性能等级符合GB 31247—2014《电缆及光缆燃烧性能分级》中B_(1)级要求,且燃烧滴落物/微粒、烟气毒性和腐蚀性分别达到标准中规定的d0、t0和a1等级。相应的试验结果可为后续绕包型B_(1)级阻燃电力电缆的设计工作提供参考。In order to prepare a lighter and cheaper 0.6/1 kV low smoke halogen-free cable with Class B_(1) flame retardant,the structure was optimized by replacing traditional extruded oxygen barrier layer structure with wrapped ceramifiable silicone rubber material.Material,structural design and key process control of the cable were investigated,and Class B_(1) combustion performance level of the cable was verified.Results showed that combustion performance level of the cable could meet the requirements of Class B_(1) in Classification for Burning Behavior of Electric and Optical Cables(GB 31247—2014).Combustion droplets/particles,smoke toxicity and corrosion could meet d0,t0 and a1 levels in the standard,respectively.Experimental results could provide a reference for the design of wrapped type power cables with Class B_(1) flame retardant in the future.
