摘 要:为了提高耐火云母带绕包质量和材料利用率,通过对耐火电缆云母带绕包工艺设计的仿真分析和工艺验证,探讨绕包层数、绕包角、绕包重叠率、云母带宽度等参数之间的关系,以及对耐火电缆性能和原材料消耗的影响,提出了云母带宽度的设计选择方法和云母带绕包重叠率的工艺控制方法。研究结果可为同类型绕包工艺的设计提供参考。To enhance the quality of refractory mica tape wrapping and the utilization rate of materials,simulation analysis and process verification of mica tape wrapping process for refractory cables were conducted.Relationship between parameters such as the number of wrapping layers,wrapping angle,wrapping overlap rate and tape width,as well as the influence on the performance of refractory cables and the consumption of raw materials were discussed.Design selection method for mica tape width and process control method for wrapping overlap rate of mica tape were put forward,which could provide reference for the design of the same type of wrapping process.
