摘 要:以广州某旧村改造为例,在建筑规划设计阶段整体考虑地库及基坑群方案。通过对周边环境、工程地质条件及项目重难点进行详细分析,比选分析独立开挖与联合开挖的可行性及经济性,给出了实施阶段推荐的基坑设计方案,并提出各地下室层数及联通建议。研究成果可为现阶段的各大城市城中村更新改造项目提供借鉴经验。Taking the renovation of an old village in Guangzhou as an example,the overall plan for the basement and foundation pit group is considered during the architectural planning and design phase.By conducting a detailed analysis of the surrounding environment,engineering geological conditions,and key and difficult points of the project,comparing and analyzing the feasibility and economy of independent excavation and joint excavations,a recommended foundation pit design scheme for the implementation stage is proposed,and suggestions for the number of basement floors and connection are put forward.The results of this study can currently provide an example for the current urban village renewal and renovation projects in major cities.
