摘  要:地下室上浮的情况时有发生,造成巨大损失,抗浮措施的有效性和耐久性越来越引起人们的重视。在灌注抗拔桩中设置预应力筋,桩身抗裂性能显著提高,灌注抗拔桩的单桩竖向抗拔承载力大幅增加,抗拔桩数量大幅减少,工期和造价大幅降低,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。通过试验桩,验证了相关施工工艺,并结合有粘结和无粘结工艺各自存在的问题,提出了缓粘结方案。缓粘结工艺施工简单,在张拉适用期内完成张拉可达到有粘结的效果,满足相关规范的要求,简化了施工工艺,便于地下施工,为预应力大直径灌注抗拔桩的应用提供了技术支持。The basement floating occurs from time to time,and causes serious loss.The effectiveness and durability of anti-floating measures have attracted more and more attentions.The crack resistance of cast-in-place anti-uplift pile is improved by installing prestressed reinforcement,the vertical anti-uplift bearing capacity of cast-in-place anti-uplift pile is greatly increased,the number of anti-uplift pile is greatly reduced,and the construction period and cost are greatly reduced,it has good economic and social benefits.Through the test pile,verified the relevant construction technology,and combined with the bonding and non-bonding technology of their own problems,proposed slow-bonding program.The slow-bonding process is simple in construction,the effect of bonding can be achieved when the tension is completed during the service period,meet the code requirements,simplified the construction technique,easy for underground construction,and it provides technical support for the application of prestressed large-diameter cast-in-place uplift pile.
