摘　　要：以上海市某深大基坑工程为案例,分析了项目的特点与难点,介绍了为保护周边环境采取的技术措施,提出了灌注桩结合两道支撑的设计方案。根据周边管线、建筑物以及地面沉降等监测数据,分析项目实施过程中成功和不足之处,可为软土地区类似深大基坑工程的设计与施工提供参考。Based on the background of a deep and large foundation pit project in Shanghai City,analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of the project,focuses on the technical measures taken to protect the surrounding environment,and puts forward the design scheme of bored piles combined with two supports.According to the monitoring data of circumjacent pipelines,buildings and ground settlement,analyzes the successes and shortcomings of the project.It can provide reference for the design and construction of similar deep foundation pit projects in soft soil areas.
