摘 要:钢管混凝土是一种新型组合结构,广泛应用于高大建筑和桥梁等工程。文章对钢管混凝土内部缺陷形式及成因进行分析,采用声波透射法检测钢管混凝土密实性。以广州市某工程为例,通过声波透射法检测初步发现钢管混凝土内部存在缺陷,再以钢管外开孔水平钻芯方式对缺陷范围和程度进行精确定位,检测结果指导工程处理。工程处理后再次检测,确认达到设计要求,保障了工程安全,对类似工程具有较好的示范参考价值。Concrete filled with steel tube is a new type of composite structure,which is widely used in tall buildings and bridges.This paper analyzes the form and causes of the internal defects of concrete filled steel tube.Taking a project in Guangzhou as an example,the existence of internal defects in concreftube was preliminarily found by acoustic wave transmission method,and then the scope and degree of defects were accurately positioned by horizontal drilling outside the steel pipe,and the test results guided the engineering treatment.After the project is treated,it is tested again to confirm that the design requirements,ensure the safety of the project,and has a good demonstration reference value for similar projects.
