摘  要:以湖南某化工厂的研磨废水为处理对象,使用超滤和反渗透双膜法,作为中水回用处理系统的主要工艺,对污水处理系统进行工艺改造及运行情况分析。研究表明:该中水回用系统改造后,实现了化工研磨废水回用率70.2%的目标,改善了该企业生产用水质量,实现中水零外排,提高了生产废水的重复利用率,降低了取水量和废水排放量。回用水系统运行费用约为2.08元/t,厂区节省自来水和污水、垃圾处理费用约为3.72元/t。超滤-反渗透工艺能够达到良好的回用水效果,减缓水资源供需矛盾,节约费用。In this study,the production wastewater of a new electrochemical sensor production process in an electronic factory in Hunan was taken as the treatment object.“ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis+mechanical vapor recompression”process was the main process of the zero discharge treatment system for waste water reuse.The design and application analysis of sewage treatment system are carried out.The application result showed that the recycling water meets the reuse water standard,and the goal of both the 5000 m^(3)/d reuse water and the 100%reuse rate can be achieved.It also improved the quality of production water,and reduced water intake and waste water discharge.The operating cost of the recycling water system is about 6.93 yuan/t.“Ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis+mechanical vapor recompression”process can achieve the goal of zero discharge process in electronic wastewater with steady operation of the treatment system.
