摘  要:目前厨余垃圾处理主要采用厌氧处理工艺,存在工艺复杂、投资大、运行成本高的特点。对厨余垃圾和生活垃圾焚烧处理技术进行分析,提出厨余垃圾与生活垃圾焚烧项目的蒸汽、沼渣、臭气等协同处理的技术方案。两种处理方式在蒸汽、臭气、污水、沼渣、固杂等方面存在物料和能量协同的可能性,协同处理可以降低建设成本和运营成本,提高经济效益与环境效益。需要协调规划设计,并针对性采取技术措施,才能更好保障协同处理效果。At present,the food waste treatment process with temperature anaerobic fermentation as the main body was conducted,but there are many problems in the anaerobic projects of kitchen waste treatment,such as high investment and high operation cost.In this paper,the technology of food waste incineration and domestic waste incineration was analyzed,and the technology scheme of co-treatment of steam,biogas residue and odor of food waste and domestic waste incineration project was put forward.There is a possibility of material and energy synergy between the two treatment methods in steam,odor,sewage,biogas residue,solid waste and so on,cooperative disposal can reduce construction and operation costs,and improve economic and environmental benefits.Finally,the conclusion and suggestions were put forward,it is necessary to coordinate the planning and design,and take technical measures to better guarantee the effect of collaborative processing.
