摘　　要：焚烧处理已成为当今生活垃圾处理的主流技术,垃圾焚烧产生的飞灰因含有重金属、二恶英等污染物而被定义为危险废物。因此,飞灰的无害化、减量化、资源化处置成为固废处置的热点问题。结合工程实例介绍了一种“先热解后洗涤+分盐”的飞灰资源化工艺,分别从生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的特性与处理规模、工艺流程、主要参数指标及主要技术经济指标等方面进行了分析和探讨。Incineration treatment has become the mainstream technology for disposing of household waste in the present day.The fly ash generated by waste incineration is defined as hazardous waste due to its containing heavy metals,dioxins and other pollutants.Therefore,how to achieve the harmlessness,reduction and resource utilization of fly ash has become a hot issue in solid waste disposal.This paper introduces a"pre-pyrolysis,post-washing and salt separation"fly ash resourceization process,and analyzes and discusses the characteristics and treatment scale of household waste incineration fly ash,the process flow,main parameter indicators,and main technical and economic indicators from various perspectives.
