摘　　要：高等教育高质量发展促进共同富裕是挖掘人力资源优势的必然要求、深化精神文明建设的有效途径、均衡公共服务供给的重要载体、服务重大发展战略的关键力量。立足新发展阶段,高等教育高质量发展促进共同富裕有着全方位的规划引导、坚强的制度保障、丰富的资源支撑和强大的人才驱动力,可通过锚定“方向标”、筑牢“组织网”、打造“新引擎”、架构“人才库”、拓宽“空间域”,积极推动长远规划与短期目标相结合、宏观治理与微观治理相统一、创新服务与数智赋能相驱动、五育融合与协同育人两手抓、区域协调与集群发展相适应,为推进建设高等教育强国和实现共同富裕开拓行动路径。The high-quality development of higher education promotes common prosperity,which is an inevitable requirement for mining human resources advantage,an effective way to deepen spiritual civilization construction,an important carrier for balancing public service supply,and a key force for serving major development strategies.Based on the new stage of development,the high-quality development of higher education promotes common prosperity with comprehensive planning guidance,strong institutional guarantees,abundant resource support,and strong talent driving force.It can be achieved by anchoring“direction standards”,building“organizational networks”,creating“new engines”,constructing“talent pools”,expanding“spatial domains”,actively promoting the combination of long-term planning and short-term goals,the unity of macro governance and micro governance,the drive of innovative services and digital intelligence empowerment,the integration of five educations and collaborative education,the adaptation of regional coordination and cluster development,and opening up action paths for promoting the construction of a strong higher-education country and achieving common prosperity.
