摘  要:围产期是奶牛生产的关键阶段,能量负平衡、免疫抑制等因素使得酮病等代谢病高发,因此采取措施来减缓围产期代谢病的发生至关重要。胆碱是奶牛体内脂蛋白合成的重要底物之一,在日粮中添加时可以改善肝脏脂肪代谢,降低酮病和脂肪肝等疾病的发生率。本文围绕围产期奶牛的生理特性,胆碱的性质与功能,胆碱对于奶牛生产性能、繁殖性能及健康状况的影响进行综述,旨在为降低围产期各代谢病发生率和科学利用胆碱提供参考。Periparturient period is a critical period for dairy cattle production,and factors such as negative energy balance and immunosuppression lead to a high prevalence of metabolic diseases such as ketosis,so it is important to take measures to reduce the incidence of metabolic diseases in the periparturient period.Choline is one of the important substrates for lipoprotein synthesis in dairy cows,and when added to the diet,it can improve hepatic lipid metabolism and reduce the incidence of diseases such as ketosis and fatty liver.This paper reviewed the physiological characteristics of periparturient dairy cows,the nature and function of choline,and the effects of choline on production performance,reproductive performance and health status of dairy cows,with the aim of providing references to reduce the incidence of various periparturient metabolic diseases and the scientific utilization of choline.
