摘　　要：绝育(去势)手术是一种常见的人工干预方式,被广泛应用于控制猫的繁殖和行为活动。这项手术不仅有助于预防疾病和延长寿命,还具有有效控制流浪猫数量、减少人畜共患病的传播等积极影响。但是绝育(去势)手术会对猫的生理功能产生各种影响,例如降低性激素水平、改变行为模式以及影响食欲和能量代谢等,从而导致肥胖、泌尿系统问题和关节疾病等。因此,调节绝育猫的生理变化对于维持其健康和福祉非常关键。本文总结了最近有关绝育(去势)手术对猫生理功能的影响以及相应调节方法的研究进展,为实施绝育手术及后续管理提供科学依据。Spaying and neutering are commonly used to control cat reproduction and behaviour.They can prevent disease,prolong the lives of cats,and have effective in controlling stray cat numbers and reducing the transmission of zoonotic diseases.However,neutering can cause several physiological effects in cats,including reduced hormone levels,behavioural changes,and changes in appetite and energy metabolism.These effects can lead to problems such as obesity,urinary and joint problems.Regulating the physiological changes in neutered cats is crucial to maintaining their health and well-being.Therefore,it is important to address these issues to ensure the overall health of neutered cats.This article summarised research on the physiological effects of spaying or neutering cats and methods for modifying these effects,aimed to provide scientific evidence for the performance and management of spaying or neutering in cats.
