摘 要:产丁酸菌是一类能够利用膳食中不易消化碳水化合物代谢合成丁酸的功能性菌群,其主要代谢产物为短链脂肪酸(SCFAs),其中丁酸是肠道菌群调节肠道免疫系统以及维持肠道内环境稳态的重要媒介。目前,关于产丁酸菌及其代谢物与机体免疫功能互作关系的研究报道较多,但其具体的调控机制尚不明确。因此,本文就肠道内产丁酸菌的代表菌,丁酸的合成途径,及其对肠道天然免疫和适应性免疫功能的调节作用进行了系统综述,以期更好的理解肠道产丁酸菌及其内源性代谢产物丁酸对机体免疫系统的调控类型和方式。Butyrate-producing bacteria are a functional group of bacteria that can utilize indigestible carbohydrates in the diet to metabolize and synthesize butyric acid.Their main metabolites are short chain fatty acids(SCFAs),especially butyric acid,which is an important mediator for the gut microbiota to regulate the intestinal immune system and maintain the homeostasis of the intestinal environment.At present,the interaction between butyrate-producing bacteria and their metabolites with the body's immune function has been extensively studied and reported,but the specific regulatory mechanism is not yet clear.Therefore,this article provided a systematic review of the representative bacteria of butyrate-producing bacteria in the intestine,the synthesis pathway of butyric acid,and their regulatory effects on the natural and adaptive immune functions of the intestine,in order to better understand the regulatory types and ways of gut butyric acid producing bacteria and their endogenous metabolite-butyric acid on the body's immune system.
