摘 要:为研究日粮蛋白质水平对妊娠期云南半细毛羊能量代谢的影响,本试验选择50只健康、年龄一致且体重接近[(46.52±4.58)kg]的妊娠初期云南半细毛羊,随机分为5组,每组10只,进行104 d饲养试验。妊娠前期(妊娠第61~90天)和中期(妊娠第91~120天)分别饲喂蛋白质水平为6.65%、9.02%、10.97%、12.43%、13.95%的日粮,妊娠后期(妊娠第121~150天)分别饲喂蛋白质水平为6.31%、7.77%、10.47%、12.69%、15.25%的日粮,日粮其他营养水平保持一致。结果表明:(1)在妊娠前期,9.02%、10.97%、12.43%、13.95%蛋白质水平组总能消化率分别比6.65%蛋白质水平组提高12.62%、9.59%、16.48%、11.35%(P<0.01);9.02%、12.43%、13.95%蛋白质水平组总能代谢率比6.65%蛋白质水平组提高12.73%、15.43%、9.62%(P<0.01);6.65%、9.02%蛋白质水平组消化能代谢率比13.95%蛋白质水平组提高1.60%、1.71%(P<0.05),与10.97%、12.43%蛋白质水平组差异不显著(P> 0.05)。(2)在妊娠中期,总能消化率和总能代谢率各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),6.65%、9.02%、10.97%蛋白质水平组消化能代谢率比13.95%蛋白质水平组提高1.65%、1.83%、1.32%(P<0.05),与12.43%蛋白质水平组差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3)在妊娠后期,总能消化率和总能代谢率在各组间差异不显著(P> 0.05),7.77%蛋白质水平组消化能代谢率比12.69%、15.25%蛋白质水平组提高1.58%、2.96%(P<0.01),与6.31%、10.47%蛋白质水平组差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,日粮蛋白质水平会显著影响妊娠期云南半细毛羊能量的消化代谢,妊娠前期、中期、后期日粮蛋白质水平分别为12.43%、10.97%、10.47%时云南半细毛羊能量利用率最佳。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of dietary protein level on energy metabolism of Yunnan semi-fine wool sheep during pregnancy.Fifty healthy Yunnan semi-fine wool sheep of the same age with a body weight of(46.52±4.58)kg were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups of 10 sheep each for a 104-d feeding trial.Diets with protein levels of 6.65%,9.02%,10.97%,12.43%and 13.95%were fed in the early(61st to 90th day of pregnancy)and middle(91st to 120th day of pregnancy)stages of pregnancy.Diets with protein levels of 6.31%,7.77%,10.47%,12.69%and 15.25%were fed during the late pregnancy(121st to 150th day of pregnancy),and the other nutrient levels of the diets were kept consistent.The results showed as follows:(1)In the early pregnancy,gross energy digestibility of the 9.02%,10.97%,12.43%and 13.95%protein level groups increased by 12.62%,9.59%,16.48%and 11.35%,respectively,compared with the 6.65%protein level group(P<0.01);The gross energy metabolic rate of the 9.02%,12.43%and 13.95%protein level groups increased by 12.73%,15.43%,and 9.62%compared with the 6.65%protein level group(P<0.01);The digestive energy metabolic rate of the 6.65%and 9.02%protein level group was increased by 1.60%and 1.71%(P<0.05)compared with the 13.95%protein level group,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05)with the 10.97%and 12.43%protein level group.(2)In the middle pregnancy,gross energy digestibility and gross energy metabolic rate did not differ significantly between groups(P>0.05),and digestive energy metabolic rate of the 6.65%,9.02%,and 10.97%protein level groups increased by 1.65%,1.83%and 1.32%(P<0.05)compared with the 13.95%protein level group,and the difference with the 12.43%protein level group was not significant(P>0.05).(3)In the late pregnancy,gross energy digestibility and gross energy metabolic rate did not differ significantly between groups(P>0.05),and digestive energy metabolic rate of the 7.77%protein level group was increased by 1.58%and 2.96%(P<0.01)compared with the 12.69%and 15.25%pro
