摘　　要：本实验旨在建立一种高效液相色谱法同步测定饲料添加剂大蒜素中二烯丙基硫醚、二烯丙基二硫醚、二烯丙基三硫醚和二烯丙基四硫醚的方法。采用甲醇提取样品,优化液相色谱条件,外标法定量。结果表明:四种硫醚浓度在10~500μg/mL线性关系良好,r≥0.999。该方法操作简单、分析快速、普适性强,可实现饲料添加剂大蒜素中四种硫醚组分的同步测定。The purpose of this experiment was to establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of diallyl sulfide,diallyl disulfide,diallyl trisulfide and diallyl tetrathioether in allicin,a feed additive.The samples were extracted with methanol,and the conditions of liquid chromatography were optimized.The results showed that the four thioethers had a good linear relationship when the concentration ranged from 10μg/mL to 500μg/mL,with r≥0.999.The method was simple,rapid and universal,and could be used for simultaneous determination of four thioether components in allicin feed additive.
