摘 要:为探究日粮中添加乙酸钠对小黄鱼(Larimichthys polyactis)生长性能和肝脏脂质组的影响,试验选择大小均一的小黄鱼幼鱼30尾,随机分为两组,对照组(C组)饲喂基础饲料,试验组(SA组)在基础饲料中添加0.5 g/kg乙酸钠,每天投喂两次,试验为期10周。试验结束后,测定小黄鱼的体重,采集肝脏组织,并利用液相色谱-质谱联用仪(LC-MS)对小黄鱼肝脏进行脂质组学分析。结果显示:饲料中添加0.5 g/kg乙酸钠可以显著提升小黄鱼的增重率(P<0.05)。同时,饲料中添加0.5 g/kg乙酸钠会提升小黄鱼肝脏脂质总水平,且双甲基磷脂酸(BisMePA)、神经酰胺(Cer)等16种脂质亚类都呈显著上升趋势。进一步进行多维统计分析和单变量统计分析,以VIP≥1.6且P<0.05为条件筛选到68个显著差异脂质分子,与C组相比,SA组有13个磷脂酰胆碱(PC)和6个Cer的水平显著上升。本试验探究了日粮乙酸钠对小黄鱼肝脏脂质组和生长性能的影响,为进一步阐明乙酸钠在水产养殖中的应用提供理论依据。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with sodium acetate on the growth performance and liver lipidome of small yellow croaker(Larimichthys polyactis).The test selected 30 juvenile small yellow croakers of uniform size,which were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(group C)was fed with basic feed,and the test group(group SA)added 0.5 g/kg of sodium acetate on the basis and fed twice a day for 10 weeks.After the experiment,the body weight of the small yellow croaker was measured,the liver tissue was collected,and the lipidomics analysis of the liver of the small yellow croaker was carried out by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer(LC-MS).The results showed that the addition of 0.5 g/kg sodium acetate to the diet could significantly increase the weight gain rate of small yellow croaker(P<0.05).At the same time,the addition of 0.5 g/kg sodium acetate to the feed increased the total lipid level in the liver of small yellow croaker,and 16 lipid subclasses such as Bis-methyl phosphatidic acid(BisMePA)and ceramide(Cer)showed a significant upward trend.Multidimensional statistical analysis and univariate statistical analysis were conducted,and 68 significantly different lipid molecules were screened under the conditions of VIP≥1.6 and P<0.05,and the levels of 13 species of phosphatidylcholine(PC)and 6 species of Cer were significantly higher in the group SA than in group C.This study explored the effect of dietary sodium acetate on the lipidome and growth performance of small yellow croaker liver,and provided a theoretical basis for exploring the potential of using sodium acetate in aquaculture.
