摘　　要：昆虫蛋白质含量高,氨基酸比例均衡,脂肪含量高,必需脂肪酸相对齐全,且含有丰富的维生素及矿物质元素。另外,其天然健康,适口性好,已被作为一种优质、高效和可持续的膳食蛋白质来源。本文探讨了昆虫蛋白的营养特性,论述了昆虫蛋白在犬猫食品中的应用研究现状及面临的问题,展望了昆虫蛋白在犬猫食品中的应用前景,为昆虫蛋白在犬猫食品中的进一步研究和应用提供依据和参考。Insects exhibit high protein content,a balanced amino acid profile,high fat content,and a complete spectrum of essential fatty acids.Furthermore,they are rich in vitamins and minerals,demonstrate natural health benefits,and possess excellent palatability.These attributes establish insect protein as a high-quality,efficient,and sustainable dietary protein source.This paper comprehensively investigated the nutritional properties of insect protein,analyzed the current research progress and challenges in its application to pet food for dogs and cats,and explored future development prospects.The results provide both theoretical foundations and practical references for advancing the research and utilization of insect protein in pet nutrition.
