摘  要:为研究抑菌型酵母水解物对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和粪便微生物的影响,试验选择体重(7.0±0.5)kg的健康断奶仔猪90头(公母各半),随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组A饲喂含2%鱼粉的基础日粮,对照组B饲喂含2%普通酵母水解物日粮,试验组C饲喂含2%抑菌型酵母水解物日粮。试验过渡期5 d,试验期28 d。试验结束,测定生长性能、血清生化指标和粪便微生物含量。研究结果表明:抑菌型酵母水解物相比普通酵母水解物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑制作用更明显;生产性能方面,抑菌型酵母水解物组日增重比对照A组提高5.8%,平均日采食量提高1.3%,料肉比下降4.3%,腹泻率下降33.8%;血清指标方面,抑菌型酵母水解物组血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶相比对照组和普通酵母水解物组降低;粪便微生物方面,抑菌型酵母水解物组粪便中乳酸菌的数量显著提高,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的数量降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,抑菌型酵母水解物能改善断奶仔猪的生产性能和肠道微生物健康,降低腹泻率。To investigate the effects of antibacterial yeast hydrolysate on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and fecal microbiota of weaned piglets,90 healthy weaned piglets(half male and half female)weighing(7.0±0.5)kg were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,with 5 replicates in each group and 6 pigs in each replicate.Control group A was fed a basic diet containing 2%fish meal,control group B was fed a diet containing 2%ordinary yeast hydrolysate,and experimental group C was fed a diet containing 2%antibacterial yeast hydrolysate.The experimental transition period was 5 days,and the experimental period was 28 days.At the end of the experiment,growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and fecal microbial content were measured.The results showed that compared with ordinary yeast hydrolysate,antibacterial yeast hydrolysate had a more significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.The results showed that the diameter of the inhibition zone of antibacterial yeast hydrolysate against Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus and Gram-negative Escherichia coli was significantly larger than that of common yeast hydrolysate.In terms of production performance,compared with the control group A,the daily weight gain of the antibacterial yeast hydrolysate group was increased by 5.8%,the average daily feed intake was increased by 1.3%,the feed conversion ratio decreased by 4.3%,and the diarrhea rate decreased by 33.8%.In terms of serum indicators,the serum alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase of the antibacterial yeast hydrolysate group were lower than those of the control group and the common yeast hydrolysate group.In terms of fecal microbiota,the antibacterial yeast hydrolysate could significantly increase the number of Lactobacillus in feces and reduce the number of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus(P<0.05).In conclusion,the antibacterial yeast hydrolysate could improve the production performance and intestinal microbial health
