中国丝绸对外贸易高质量发展水平测度与比较

摘　　要：针对近年来中国丝绸出口扩张受阻的现实难题,探究中国丝绸出口如何在困境中实现高质量发展是一个非常重要的议题。本文基于五大新发展理念构建一级指标,进而细分为13个二级指标,使用熵值法对中国丝绸对外贸易的高质量发展水平进行了测度。研究结果表明,中国丝绸出口综合质量的提升主要由创新驱动。具体来说,中国丝绸企业通过加大研究和试验人员、经费的投入,使得创新产出大幅度增加,从而驱动了出口产品创新。同时,近年来中国丝绸出口的高污染丝绸占比指标呈现明显上升趋势,说明中国丝绸出口的可持续性存在较大的不确定性。At present,China’s international silk trade is facing difficulties,for which there are many root causes.On the one hand,the competition in the international cocoon silk market is fierce.With the development of global textile technology,traditional silk producing countries continue to upgrade their processes and reduce costs,and new silk producing areas also emerge with labor or resource advantages,which makes the competition for market share increasingly fierce.On the other hand,the macroeconomic environment is unstable.The world economy fluctuates frequently,and in the economic downturn cycle,consumers’purchasing power declines,and the demand for high-end consumer goods such as silk is subsequently weak.Meanwhile,the rise of trade protectionism has led to an incessant emergence of various trade barriers,ranging from stringent technical standards to complex environmental requirements,frequently restricting the export of Chinese silk products.Coupled with the unpredictability of exchange rate fluctuations,the appreciation of RMB has undermined the price competitiveness of China’s silk exports,further compressing the profit margins of these exports.Moreover,the technological advancements that have given rise to silk alternatives cannot be overlooked.Materials such as synthetic fibers,with their low cost and ease of maintenance,have diverted a significant portion of consumer demand that once belonged to pure silk products.Faced with such a complex and severe situation,China’s international silk trade urgently needs to be transformed and upgraded,which is highly consistent with the five new development concepts and the demands of high-quality development.The five new development concepts,namely innovation,coordination,green development,openness,and sharing,encompass various critical dimension of economic development.From scientific and technological innovation to industrial synergy,from ecological protection to international cooperation,and to social welfare sharing,they provide a comprehensive and systematic
