摘　　要：构建双循环新发展格局是推动经济高质量发展的战略抉择。文章基于双循环视角,旨在构建纺织产业高质量发展评价体系,测度产业发展状况,为政策制定和产业升级提供科学依据。研究界定了纺织产业高质量发展的内涵,从内需市场、对外贸易、科技创新水平和绿色化水平四个维度构建了评价体系,并采用熵值法进行测算。研究表明,科技创新水平在四个维度中的权重为0.287 3,对产业高质量发展影响最大。从综合得分来看,2013—2022年纺织产业高质量发展取得显著提升,展现出强劲增长动力。基于此,文章提出了针对性建议,旨在打通内需和外贸循环中的堵点,为国民经济发展注入新动能。The report of the 20 th National Congress and the 14 th Five-Year Plan clearly propose the acceleration of building a new development pattern,with the domestic economic cycle as the mainstay and mutual promotion of domestic and international dual circulation.With the introduction of the“dual circulation”strategy,the textile industry faces new development opportunities and challenges.To promote high-quality development in the industry,the textile sector needs to further optimize its industrial structure,enhance technological innovation capabilities,and promote green and sustainable development.This will help the industry better adapt to and lead the new requirements of the domestic and international dual circulation,and enhance its international competitiveness and autonomous development momentum.This paper employs the entropy method to evaluate the high-quality development of the textile industry from the perspective of dual circulation.This method effectively eliminates information overlap between indicators and demonstrates strong applicability.Additionally,the entropy method determines the weight of each indicator based on the characteristics of the data,avoiding interference from subjective factors.From the dual circulation perspective,this paper summarizes the connotation of high-quality development in the textile industry and its influencing factors,constructs an evaluation system for the high-quality development of the textile industry in the context of dual circulation,and conducts practical measurements.It provides a new perspective on indicator selection and enriches the relevant theoretical framework.From the perspective of dual circulation,technological innovation is the main driving force behind the high-quality development of the textile industry,with a weight of 0.2873.This is followed by the domestic market demand(0.2799),foreign trade(0.2493),and the level of green development(0.1834).The total score has steadily increased from 0.2693 in 2013 to 0.7386 in 2022,a growth of approximately 2.74 t
