摘 要:基于家庭洗涤中洗涤周期和柔顺剂质量分数对冲锋衣面料防水性能的影响进行深入分析,文章采用扫描电子显微镜和原子力显微镜对比了样品洗涤前后的表面形貌和粗糙度,采用接触角测试、沾水性测试、含氟总量分析等手段对样品洗涤前后表面含氟量、洗涤剂和柔顺剂吸附沉积进行了研究。结果表明:家庭洗涤后冲锋衣面料防水性能的下降,归因于洗涤过程中机械作用导致的含氟疏水聚合物的剥落、破坏,以及洗涤剂和柔顺剂在试样表面的吸附沉积所导致的对疏水层的覆盖。With the in-depth promotion of the‘Healthy China 2030’strategy,outdoor sports have gradually gained popularity,and the corresponding outdoor sports apparel has also become an indispensable garment in the wardrobe.According to China Outdoor Business Alliance,over the past five years,China’s outdoor apparel sales have maintained a double-digit growth rate,making it one of the most competitive apparel categories in China.The market is expected to continue to grow at an average annual rate of more than 30 per cent in the future.Under this trend,outdoor jackets have become a new favourite in the apparel market for their excellent adaptability and versatility.In addition,the softness and comfort of fabrics have also received widespread attention,and soft finishing has become one of the most commonly used finishing methods for textiles.However,with the increase in the frequency of use,consumers have found during home washing that the waterproof performance of outdoor jackets decreases significantly after multiple washes,especially after the use of softeners.This not only affects the consumer experience,but also limits the durability and utility of outdoor jackets.Although there have been studies focusing on the effect of washing on the waterproof performance of fabrics,there are fewer studies on the effect of using softeners during washing and multiple washing on the waterproof performance of outdoor jackets.In this paper,the effects of washing cycle and softener mass fraction on the water repellency of outdoor jackets were investigated.Changes in surface morphology before and after washing were observed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and atomic force microscopy(AFM),and it was concluded that the washing process led to the rupture and detachment of fluorinated hydrophobic polymers on the fabric surface,which smoothed the fiber surface,reduced the root-mean-square roughness(rms),and lowered the hydrophobicity of the fabric.The effect of water washing on the hydrophobicity of the specimens was illustrated by
