摘  要:针对低密度聚乙烯/聚酰胺6(LDPE/PA6)制成的针刺定岛型海岛超纤革基布力学性能较差的问题,文章对不同纤维长度与纤维卷曲数的5种纤维参数组合的针刺海岛超纤革基布进行水刺加固,制备针/水刺海岛超纤革基布,研究了水刺工艺对不同纤维长度与纤维卷曲数的针刺海岛超纤革基布力学等性能的影响。结果表明:水刺加固会提高针刺革基布断裂强力、撕破强力与顶破强力等的力学性能,降低柔软、透气性能;随着纤维长度的减小与纤维卷曲数的增加,会使针/水刺非织造革基布力学性能增大的幅度增强,柔软性、透气性减小的幅度也增强。Superfine fiber synthetic leather is a kind of synthetic leather which is the closest to natural leather in the world.It is based on non-woven fabric with superfine fiber as raw material,impregnated with polyurethane slurry,and truly simulates the shape of natural leather.Island-type superfine fibers are the most commonly used superfine fibers for superfine fiber leather.LDPE/PA6 is used as raw material to prepare island-type superfine fibers that are uniform and stable,and the sea component LDPE and solvent toluene in the process of splitting can be recycled,which effectively reduces the production cost.However,in actual production,due to the small viscosity of LDPE melt,the viscosity difference between LDPE and PA6 melt is large,resulting in insufficient island phase drafting or excessive marine phase drafting and fracture during the spinning process,making the mechanical properties of island-type island-type ultrafine fiber synthetic leather made of LDPE/PA6 poor,so it is necessary to study it to enhance its physical and mechanical properties.As an important part of synthetic leather,the performance of leather base cloth plays an important role in the overall performance of synthetic leather products.The study starts from the preparation process of leather base cloth,and takes the fiber raw material of leather base cloth and the reinforcement process of leather base cloth as two main factors.For fiber raw materials,fiber length and fiber crimp number are the main parameters of fibers.For the reinforcement process,due to the characteristics of the fiber itself and the reinforcement method,the island super fiber leather base cloth is often reinforced by acupuncture,while relevant literature shows that the needle spunlaced composite nonwovens have better physical and mechanical properties,so this study focuses on the spunlace reinforcement of needled island super fiber leather base cloth by employing five distinct fiber parameter combinations that vary in fiber length(28,51 and 75 mm)and fiber crimp number(5,10 a
