摘 要:使用电解法从蚕丝精炼废液中回收丝胶蛋白,相比于传统的化学方法具有较高的环保和回收效益,如环境污染小、能耗低、回收杂质少等。为了进一步提高精炼废液中丝胶蛋白的回收率,文章对基于电解法回收丝胶蛋白的影响因素进行了深入探究,以获得最佳电解条件参数。实验结果表明:以石墨为电极阴极,铝作为阳极时丝胶蛋白的回收率和纯度较高。在两极板间距和表面积不变的情况下,蛋白质回收率与电解阳极材料有关,与直流电压、电解时间、废液中丝胶蛋白质量浓度具有较高的正相关性。Sericin,as one of the primary components of silk,envelopes the fibroin and serves to protect and bind it,and is typically removed during the silk processing.Sericin has a wide range of applications in various fields such as healthcare and food.For instance,as a functional fiber and fabric,it can be transformed into textiles with excellent moisture resistance,antistatic properties,and antibacterial capabilities.As an additive in cosmetics,it effectively contributes to anti-wrinkle properties,inhibits melanin production,and provides UV protection,making it a rare natural and harmless additive.It is evident that the recycling of sericin protein holds significant economic value.The degumming wastewater from silk refining contains a substantial amount of sericin,and its recovery and utilization from the wastewater could yield considerable economic benefits enterprises.At present,most enterprises use a single physical or chemical method and biochemical and physicochemical methods to treat mixed refining and printing and dyeing wastewater,but this only focuses on the degradation and removal of protein and the reduction of ammonia nitrogen,and cannot reuse the valuable sericin resources in the wastewater.Wastewater protein recovery technology can not only help enterprises maximize economic benefits,but also help enterprises save energy and reduce carbon emissions.Therefore,the exploration and improvement of protein recovery technology in silk making wastewater is one of the important research directions for the treatment of silk degumming wastewater.On the one hand,the existing sericin recovery methods,such as centrifugation,freezing and ultrafiltration,and chemical coagulation all have their own unique advantages,but on the other hand,the disadvantages of metal ion contamination and low purity of sericin are still the main factors limiting its large-scale application in factory environments.In this context,the idea of sericin recovery based on electrolysis has opened up an efficient and environmentally friendly new path
