摘 要:随着油田进入开发后期,低产、低效、高含水抽油机井数量增多,抽油机采油系统耗电量出现逐年递增的发展趋势,电能消耗占比增大,对油田效益开发带来严重影响。通过对油田各采油厂抽油机采油系统耗能状况进行普查,调研油田抽油机采油系统能耗现状,分析抽油机采油系统能耗影响因素,开展节能技术研究、现场先导性试验和技术论证,建立抽油机采油系统综合优化流程体系,优化抽油机井管、杆、泵及地面参数,配套地面设备节能改造综合优化技术应用,现场评价757口抽油机井,年节电约为2716万度。As the oilfield enters the later stage of development,the number of low production,low efficiency,and high water content pumping wells increases,and the power consumption of the pumping system shows a trend of increasing year by year.The proportion of electricity consumption increases,,it has serious influence on oilfield benefit development.By conducting a survey of the energy consumption status of the pumping system in various oil production plants in the oilfield,investigating the current energy consumption status of the pumping system,analyzing the factors affecting the energy consumption of the pumping system,conducting energy-saving technology research,on-site pilot testing,and technical demonstration,establishing a comprehensive optimization process system for the pumping system,optimizing the well pipes,rods,pumps,and ground parameters of the pumping unit,and applying energy-saving transformation and comprehensive optimization technology for supporting ground equipment,757 pumping Wells were evaluated on site,and the annual electricity saving was about 27.16 million KWH.
