摘 要:为了城市中心商场更新项目选择合适的空调冷热源方案。以上海某高端商场为例,从技术特点、设备初投资、运行费用等方面进行了三种空调冷热源方案的技术经济分析,建立了空调冷热源系统运行能耗模型,针对空调全年负荷分布、空调主机部分负荷性能参数、空调冷热源运行策略等进行了精细化处理。经综合比选采用了变频多联式空调系统,该系统在设备噪声、污染物排放、机房需求及空调系统综合能效比等方面优势明显,增加的设备初投资其静态回收周期约0.7年,每年可节约214 t标准煤,经济性较好。In order to select the appropriate air conditioning cold and heat source scheme for the urban shopping mall renovation project,taking an upscale shopping mall Shanghai as an example,a technical and economic analysis of three air conditioning cold and heat source schemes was conducted from aspects such as technical characteristics,equipment initial investment,operating costs.An energy consumption model of the air conditioning cold and heat source system was established,and refined processing was carried out for the annual load distribution of the air conditioning,the part-load performance parameters of the air conditioning host,and the operation strategy of the air conditioning cold and heat source system.After comprehensive comparison,the variable frequency multi-connected air conditioning system was adopted.This system has obvious advantages in terms of equipment noise,pollutant emissions,equipment room requirements,and the overall energy ratio of the air conditioning system.The static payback period for the increased equipment initial investment is about 0.7 years,and it can save 214 tons of standard coal per year,showing good economic performance.
