摘　　要：新质生产力作为推动经济增长、产业升级和社会变革的核心力量,其重要性日益凸显。基于2011-2022年286个城市的数据,构建新质生产力指标体系,测算城市新质生产力发展水平,探讨劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象对提升新质生产力发展水平的影响作用。研究发现,我国新质生产力发展水平呈现持续增长态势;东部地区发展水平最高,中西部地区次之,东北地区则相对滞后,且区域差距逐渐扩大。科研人员、技术创新以及产业结构升级对新质生产力的提升起到了关键作用,但高质量劳动者分布存在较大的区域不均衡问题,西部地区创新投入和转化能力的不足成为新质生产力发展的制约因素。因此,应加大对西部地区创新投入的支持,提升劳动者素质,促进产业结构转型,推动各地区协调发展,缩小区域差距,以提升新质生产力的整体水平和可持续发展能力。As the core force to promote modern economic growth,industrial upgrading and social change,the importance of new quality productive forces has become increasingly prominent.Based on the data of 286 cities from 2011 to 2022,this paper constructs the index system of new quality productive forces,mea-sures the development level of urban new quality productive forces,and discusses the influence of workers,la-bor materials,and labor objects on improving the development level of new quality productive forces.Research indicates that the development level of China's new quality productive forces continues to show a sustained growth trend.The eastern region maintains the highest development level,followed by the central and western regions,while the northeastern region lags relatively behind,with regional disparities gradually widening.The researchers,technological innovation,and industrial structure upgrading have played a key role in improving new quality productive forces.However,there is a large regional imbalance in the distribution of high-quality workers.The lack of innovation investment and transformation ability in the western region limits the develop-ment of new quality productive forces.Therefore,we should increase support for innovation investment in the western region,improve the labor quality,promote the transformation of industrial structure,promote the coor-dinated development of various regions,and narrow regional differences to enhance the overall level of new quality productive forces and sustainable development capacity.
