摘  要:为探明材料组成对UHPC中钢纤维取向分散的调控效果,采用图像分析方法分析了骨料级配、矿物掺和料、胶砂比、微钢纤维掺量与形状、混掺纤维类型等因素对UHPC中钢纤维取向系数和分散系数的影响规律。结果表明,与粗骨料级配相比,细骨料级配引起钢纤维分散系数的降低和取向系数的增大;超细微珠等量取代矿粉后,钢纤维分散系数略有增大、取向系数略有减低;随着胶砂比的增大,钢纤维的分散系数降低但取向系数增加;随着钢纤维掺量的增加,钢纤维分散系数明显增大,但取向系数的变化相对较小略有降低;与平直钢纤维相比,端勾钢纤维的分散系数轻微降低、取向系数略有增大;混掺BF纤维和POM纤维均能改善UHPC中钢纤维的分散系数和取向系数,且混掺BF纤维的改善效果优于混掺POM纤维。研究结果为大流态UHPC中钢纤维的分散调控和有效利用提供支撑。To investigate the regulatory effect of material compositions on the orientation and dispersion of steel fibers inUHPC,image analysis method was used to analyze the influence of factors such as aggregate gradation,mineral admixtures,cement-sand ratio,micro-steel-fiber contents and shapes,mixed fiber types on the orientation coefficient and dispersioncoefficient of steel fibers in UHPC.The results show that compared with coarse aggregate grading,fine aggregate grading causeda decrease in steel fiber dispersion coefficient and an increase in orientation coefficient;After replacing mineral powder with anequal amount of fly ash,the dispersion coefficient of steel fibers slightly increases and the orientation coefficient slightlydecreases;As the ratio of binder to sand increases,the dispersion coefficient of steel fibers decreases but the orientationcoefficient increases;With the increase of steel fiber content,the dispersion coefficient of steel fibers significantly increases,butthe change in orientation coefficient is relatively small and slightly decreases;Compared with straight steel fibers,the dispersioncoefficient of end hooked steel fibers slightly decreases and the orientation coefficient slightly increases;Mixing basalt fiber(BF) and POM fiber can improve the dispersion coefficient and orientation coefficient of steel fibers in UHPC,and theimprovement effect of mixing BF is better than that of mixing POM fiber.The research results provide support for the dispersioncontrol and effective utilization of steel fibers in large flow UHPC.
