摘 要:以硅酸盐水泥-硫铝酸盐水泥二元体系为基础,掺加矿渣微粉、脱硫石膏制备水泥基快速修补料。通过测定不同温度、湿度组合养护工艺条件下试样的抗压强度,对比分析了快速修补砂浆强度发展对环境变化的敏感性,并建立了相应的试样强度发展预测模型。结果表明:干养条件下温度变化对试样各龄期强度发展的影响最小,水养条件下温度变化影响最大;低温条件下湿度变化对试样各龄期强度发展的影响最小,高温条件下湿度变化影响最大。不同养护环境中试样水化产物种类不变;但在水化早期,无论何种湿度条件下,温度升高更有利于结晶态水化产物的生成。Based on the binary system of Portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement,the rapid repair material was preparedby adding slag powder and desulfuration gypsum.Through measuring the compressive strength of samples at differenttemperature and humidity condition,the sensitivity of the strength development of rapid repair mortar to environmental changeswas compared and analyzed,and the corresponding prediction model for the strength development of samples was established.The results show that the influence of temperature changes on the strength development of samples at different ages is the leastunder dry curing condition,and the greatest under water curing condition.The influence of humidity changes on the strengthdevelopment of samples at different ages is the least at low temperature,and the greatest at high temperature.The types ofhydration products of samples remained unchanged in different curing environments.However,at the early stage of hydration,no matter what humidity conditions,the rise of temperature is more conducive to the formation of crystalline hydration products.
